Search fire for life jacket and GTK type "Cyclone-3"
1. Appointment.
1.1. Search fire "Cyclone - 3" (TU 6418-040-59528825-14) hereinafter referred to as "Fire" (see Fig. 1) is intended for completing marine individual life-saving equipment (vests and immersion suits).
2. Technical requirements.
2.1. The fire meets the requirements of the International Life-Saving Appliance Code (LSA Code) of the International SOLAS Convention 74/96 Resolution MSC 81 (70), Technical Regulations on the Safety of Transport Facilities, the Rules of the Russian Maritime Register and the Russian River Register of Shipping.
2.2. The overall dimensions of the fire are shown in Fig. 1.
2.3. Fire mass 60 + 5g.
2.4. The fire is efficient in the temperature range from - 30 ° С to + 65 ° С.
2.5 The fire is white and provides a luminous intensity of at least 0.75Kg in all directions of the upper hemisphere for at least 8 hours.
3. Transportation and storage.
3.1. Transportation of fire in a transport container can be carried out at any distance, by any type of land transport and in the holds of ships in accordance with the rules for the carriage of goods in force for these types of transport.
3.2. The transportation of fire by air is allowed by helicopters and in pressurized compartments of the aircraft and must be carried out in accordance with the rules of transportation on air lines.
3.3 Climatic conditions of transportation:
- air temperature from - 30 ° С to + 65 ° С;
- relative humidity up to 98% at a temperature of + 35 ° С
4. Design.
4.1. The fire consists of a waterproof and non-separable body. Supplied complete with fasteners.
Light source: LED SWD PLCE 5050.
4.2. The fire is turned on by turning the red switch to the on position.
4.3. The time for turning on the fire is 1-2 seconds.
5. Manufacturer's warranty.
5.1. The manufacturer guarantees the compliance of the Cyclone search lights with the requirements of TU 6418-040-59528825-14 provided that the consumer observes the operating and storage conditions.
5.2. The warranty period is 5 years from the date of manufacture.
6. Certificate of acceptance.
6.1. Search fire "Cyclone-3" meets the requirements of technical specifications and is recognized as fit for use.
