The 13TD73 temperature transducer is designed to convert the temperature of liquid and gaseous media into a unified pneumatic signal and is used for continuous measurement of the temperature of gaseous media and liquids and for issuing a unified pneumatic signal proportional to the measured temperature in stationary systems for automatic control, management and regulation of technological processes. 13TD73 principles of operation The converter consists of a measuring unit with a manometric thermosystem and a single-lever pneumatic device. The operation of the 13TD73 converter is based on the principle of power compensation. The change in the temperature of the controlled environment is perceived by the thermal system filler through the thermal bulb and is converted into a pressure change perceived by the bellows, which is hermetically connected to the thermal bulb through a connecting capillary. The increment of force on the bellows stem, proportional to the increment in temperature, is transmitted to the lever of the pneumatic-power converter. Under the action of the created force, the lever rotates by a slight angle and moves the flap of the error indicator supplied with compressed air. The signal generated in the nozzle line controls the pressure from the pneumatic relay to the feedback bellows and to the outlet line. 13TD73 technical characteristics 1.
