Fire-extinguishing aerosol generators for operational use AGS-5M & nbsp; are designed to localize and extinguish fires of flammable and combustible liquids, solid combustible materials and electrical equipment, including those under voltage up to 40 kV, in closed rooms of non-explosive category:
- up to & nbsp; 300 m3 & nbsp; for ships under the RS class; & nbsp;
- up to & nbsp; 100 m3 & nbsp; for ships under the PPR class.
- up to & nbsp; 300 m3 & nbsp; for ships under the RS class; & nbsp;
- up to & nbsp; 100 m3 & nbsp; for ships under the PPR class.
For vessels under RRR supervision, the use of AGS-5M generators is not permitted for passenger ships, oil tankers and ships serving the oil tanker fleet.
AGS-5M generators are certified by the Russian Maritime Register of Shipping and Russian River Register.
