The blocked electro-protected lamp SP-131U is used for general and local lighting of premises on ships under construction and repaired. It can only be used during the construction or repair of the ship as a portable lamp. The SP-131U luminaire is made in the form of a stamped steel body with a flange with a protective and decorative coating. At present it is manufactured in a design with two gland entries with a diameter of 16 mm for cable entry. (Other versions of the SP-131U luminaire provided for by TU U3.01-14308813.067-95 and TU5.633-5036-72 are not produced). The protective mesh of the diffuser is made of wire and is attached to the body on shaped grooves. Plexiglas is installed on the protective mesh, providing a protective angle of 30 °. A special locking device, consisting of a plastic holder, a glass and a steel spring, provides electrical safety in the absence of a protective grid and in the event of a lamp bulb breaking. Inside the case there is a special design electric cartridge, a terminal block. A ground screw is provided on the outside of the case.
