Design Features The luminaire consists of a body, a nut assembly with a protective cap, a protective grill, a lamp holder, a reflector and a hanging hook. On the front cylindrical part of the body there is an external thread M95 x 2. The back side of the body, which is an elongated cylindrical part, serves as a handle for the lamp and a cable entry. A hanging hook is attached to the handle. The body has a boss for the locking screw. An annular groove is located on the front end surface of the housing, into which a rubber ring is glued to ensure the luminaire is splashproof. A nut assembled with a protective cap made of silicate glass, which is a non-separable unit, is screwed onto the body. On the front side of the nut there are lugs with pressed-in threaded bushings for attaching the protective grill. On the rear side, along the perimeter of the circle, there are sockets for a locking screw that blocks the nut from being unscrewed. The protective grill is attached to the nut using a screw with a special head and two holders, which ensures its quick removal for flushing the hood from splashes and paint deposits. The grille is made from brass rods with a diameter of 4 mm. The body and the nut with the cap withstand the explosion pressure and prevent the explosion from being transmitted to the environment. The explosion-proofness of the cable entry is achieved by sealing it with an elastic rubber ring. Spring washers are provided on the current-carrying screws of the cartridge for fastening the cut ends of the cable to prevent unscrewing. The body, nut and chuck are made of AG-4V press material
